Once your invitation is ready, you receive a personal URL — for example, yourname.specialinvites.in. You can share this link on WhatsApp (individually or in groups), send it by text message or email, post it on social media, or print it as a QR code on save-the-dates or venue signage. Guests do not need to download any app. The invitation opens directly in their browser on any device.
Yes. This is one of the core features of Special Invites. A typical Indian wedding has many ceremonies — Mehndi, Haldi, Sangeet, Baraat, Wedding Ceremony, and Reception. All of these can appear in one invitation, each with its own section showing the date, time, venue, address, and dress code. Your guests scroll through the entire wedding journey in one place, which is far more convenient than managing multiple cards or messages.
We currently offer three premium themes: Royal (deep maroon and gold tones inspired by Mughal grandeur, perfect for large traditional weddings), Pastel (soft pinks, sage greens, and ivory for a light, romantic feel), and Rustic (warm terracotta and earthy tones for intimate or outdoor ceremonies). Yes, absolutely. Your couple photos are featured prominently throughout the invitation. You can also add a gallery of engagement or pre-wedding photos, a love story timeline with images for each milestone, and family photos. For music, you can choose a background track that plays softly as guests browse your invitation — a favourite Bollywood song, a classical piece, or anything meaningful to you. Photos and music choices are entirely yours.
Yes. Every invitation we create is designed mobile-first. The vast majority of guests will open your invitation on a smartphone, often directly from a WhatsApp message. We ensure the layout, typography, images, and interactive elements all work perfectly on small screens. The invitation also looks excellent on tablets and desktop computers for guests who prefer to view it on a larger screen.
The standard timeline is 48 to 72 hours from when you send us your complete details and photos. We will send you a preview to review, and you can request revisions before the invitation goes live. If you need your invitation urgently — for example, for an announcement going out that week — we offer rush processing. Just let us know your deadline when you contact us.
Yes. We integrate an RSVP section into your invitation where guests can confirm their attendance for each event. Responses are collected through a Google Form linked to your invitation, and you can view all RSVPs in a spreadsheet at any time. This makes it easy to track headcounts for catering and seating, and to follow up with guests who have not responded.
